A request is a single task, such as a design tweak (e.g., swapping images, adjusting layouts, or updating fonts/colors), a technical fix (e.g., resolving broken links or troubleshooting forms), or a content update (e.g., updating text or adding a blog post). Requests typically take 30 minutes or less.
You’re always welcome to submit additional requests! Anything beyond your included allotment will be billed at my hourly rate, and I’ll always get your approval before moving forward. We can also explore upgrading your plan if you need more ongoing support.
Unused requests don’t roll over, but don’t worry, I’ll always encourage you to get the most out of your plan! I’ll also send a gentle reminder mid-month to prompt any pending tasks.
If they're related and under 30 minutes total, yes! If the work exceeds 30 minutes, it may count as two.
The C.A.R.E. Plan covers updates and enhancements, but if you’re ready for a full redesign or want to build something brand-new, I offer custom design services! Just let me know, and we’ll discuss the next steps.
Collateral projects like PDF design, lead magnets, or social media graphics aren’t included in these plans but are available through my Design Day Intensives.
All requests submitted within the month will be completed by month’s end. Smaller tasks are typically completed within a few business days. If something will take longer, I’ll let you know right away!
Yes! I’ll send a gentle nudge if I notice you haven’t submitted any requests by mid-month.
You’ll submit your tasks through a custom ClickUp form. It’s easy to use and helps ensure I have everything I need to get started—think details, deadlines, and any necessary files.
We’ll primarily communicate via email, with Slack (or similar) available for VIP Digital Partner clients for quicker, day-to-day communication.
Life happens! While plans are billed monthly during your commitment period, I’m happy to chat if you need to pause due to travel, illness, or other circumstances. We’ll find a solution that works for both of us.
